I took a loan out not paying attention…

Update I called back after the reply again offered me the same thing . I will be contacting an attorney since they aren’t willing to budge from taking the interest off and taking down all of my payments ………… Also I received a email saying they revoked my ach which I never told them to do but at this point very unprofessional again this has got to be illegal .I took a loan out not paying attention to the payback amount . I reached out because I’m going through a hardship and wanted to see if I can get the payments lowered so I can still make the payments at a lower amount and all they can offer is a defer payment or change the due date which doesn’t help so I’m going to have to contact a lawyer since they can’t help
