My ring got sent to me with a few marks on it customers service delt with this and sent me a barcode to send the ring back and said the work would be done in 48-72 hrs it my wedding ring. It should of been checked and clean and polish before sending it out to me , still waiting for the ring to come back to me it will b 2wks tomorrow

I recently bought a 3CT white gold eternity ring for my wife to celebrate 10 years of marriage after a particularly difficult year having been diagnosed with a Brain tumour. They managed to deliver ahead of schedule, the ring looked exquisite and my wife was extremely happy. Thoroughly recommend this jewellers.

The bracelet we bought is lovely but we had to return it as the clasp would not open when we received it. This was fixed and returned to us quickly and it is fine now.

From the initial enquiry to the delivery of the beautiful ring I can’t fault the professionalism of this company. I was updated on the progress of my order. It was delivered on time by special delivery. I only wish I could show pictures but, it’s a gift! I will say the pictures on the web do not do it justice. Stunning ring beautiful presented in a lit box.

Great service from Finediam having ordered a tennis bracelet for my wife’s 50th. The next day got a message on delivery timescale in accordance with their website guide (2weeks). Replied saying any earlier would be appreciated to ensure it was here by her birthday. They were very responsive and having one in stock dispatched it that day, arriving the next, less than 48hrs from order! Thank you. Hope the wife likes it:)

Watch I ordered for my Brother in laws 40th was cancelled 11 days later. Poor communication and complete confusion. I will not be buying from this company again. No compensation given for appalling service.

Finediam misled me that my item was ready for despatch when time was of the essence and caused me to waste much of that time by their being unable to adhere to their advertised "same day dispatch". To add insult to injury, they offered me a lower value item they claimed they could despatch on the day I complained but at the same price! They blamed this on the rising price of gold but I knew that the price had been falling for the last three months. I would award them zero stars if I had the option. Avoid!
