I purchased a watch from this company. I received a WhatsApp with somebody else’s order attached and an email confirming the correct order.
After 2 weeks there was still no shipping confirmation. I emailed and sent a WhatsApp message. Both were ignored.
I received a refund through Klarna and left a negative review on here.
As soon as I posted the review I received a number of emails apologising and saying that the watch is now with them and would I still require it. I declined.
On 16th December I received another email to apologise and offer me a silver necklace as compensation for a negative shopping experience. I was also asked to consider removing of amending my post.
Naively, I accepted and removed the post immediately.
Today, 26th December, I have received no shipping confirmation or necklace.
I have no idea where these positive reviews have come from or if they are genuine. My negative experience seems very similar to the other negative reviews.
Please do not use this company. They are an absolute joke!

I recently purchased a 5ct lab diamond tennis bracelet in 18k white gold from Finediam and I’m really pleased with the quality of the piece. The bracelet is beautifully made, feels solid, and the diamonds have great sparkle. It looks exactly as described and even better in person.
There was a short wait while the bracelet was being made, but once dispatched it arrived quickly and well packaged. The end result was well worth it.
Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Finediam to anyone looking for high-quality diamond jewellery at a fair price.

I bought a diamond & platinum tennis bracelet and wanted it to be lengthened. Finediam offered a couple of alternatives - to have smaller stones to the same carat weight to cover the extra inch or to increase the carats to keep a similar width (which I went for). The order only took around 10 days and is stunning. The lit box will make opening it on Xmas Day pretty special too.
Delivery was signed for and Finediam also messaged me to check it had arrived safely. Can't fault the quality of the goods or the service. Excellent.
