I ordered a necklace from this company…
I ordered a necklace from this company for almost 300 pounds. I placed this order on the 15th november and then surprisingly something came on the 19th. They delivered a bunch of adverts and a ring sizer which they claimed was an accident. I messaged them showing all the proof and they said to wait 2 weeks and it will be ready to deliver. My way to contact them is through whatsapp and they keep leaving my messages on read or delivered and when they do reply they keep saying it's still in production even after this many weeks. Now they have stopped replying to me so i'm probably going to make a claim to the bank and get my money back. And to add they only replied to me after threatening them of reporting them and getting my money back so don't order from here unless you want to get scammed or wait extremely long for an order that should have come within a week. Im very upset because this was a gift and now im left without one and have to find something else.

It took a couple of days longer to receive but I was kept up to date with the process of it arriving. Once received the quality was perfect and the price was extremely good compared to other jewellers I had looked at. Would recommend to anyone.

Engagement Ring
Ordered a diamond engagement ring, it’s beautiful with a brilliant box with a light in. Really makes it shine! Arrived within their estimated time frame too. The rhodium plating wore off (I think she wore it while swimming), so sent it back for free re-plating! However, that took almost 2 weeks.. we could have gone down the road and paid to have it done in a day, and while this was going on communication was lacking and not very professional.
But overall very happy and would buy from again.

Great service
I ordered a bracelet and once order was placed, they communicated straight away to give a time frame of when it would be dispatched and stated straight away that the bracelet had to be made first. I was kept in the loop all through the process. Once it was dispatched, it arrived the following day and it is gorgeous. Very very happy with it. Would definitely recommend!

Diamond huggie earrings
I ordered the diamond huggie earrings when the website showed 1 in stock, so I was expecting them to be dispatched right away. However, I later learned that they still needed to be made, which was a bit surprising. Fortunately, I had ordered them around four weeks before I needed them, as there were additional delays due to the hallmarking process.
On the positive side, communication was excellent. They responded promptly to all of my WhatsApp messages and even arranged guaranteed next-day delivery before 1pm, which I hadn’t expected. The earrings themselves are beautiful, and overall I’m happy with my purchase.
I would definitely use them again, but my advice is to order well in advance to allow for possible delays.
