If I could give this company zero stars I would, I purchased a baby onesie on April 17,2019 for my daughters very first mother's day, mother's day has come and gone i still have not received my purchase, email responses from them are completely vague with no additional information or tracking #. I have been blocked from their Facebook page, can you imagine blocking a customer from messaging you!?!? I paid through PayPal and submitted a claim against them as well as my financial institution, I further reported both Facebook pages to Facebook.

Just like many others, I ordered for Mother's Day and was assured it would arrive in time. Phone call last week went unanswered (I was on hold for an hour and a half.) and emails were received but never answered. I also never received a confirmation email. This business is NOT trustworthy!

Just like everyone else. I ordered in early April and didn't receive Mother's day onesie. Huge disappointment but I should have done my research ahead of time. Clearly not a reputable company.

I ordered a onesie 4 weeks ago for my daughters 1st Mother’s Day and was guaranteed I’d receive it. Well surprise, just like the other reviews I didn’t receive it. I messaged them 4 times and was ignored. Now they’ve blocked me. I’d NEVER use this company again. I wouldn’t even rate them 1 Star.

Just like everyone else I ordered a Mother's Day onsies and never received it! I commented a complaint on one of their ads.. they pmed me asking for the order # which I sent them and they never replied then BLOCKED me so I can't comment on there ads anymore!!! When will fb take these SCAMMERS off of fb!!!

Lawsuit necessary???
Never got both the onesie and shirt that I ordered for mother's day. Only got a confirmation email for the shirt, but got charged for both. Paid for express shipping and tracking. Disappointed beyond words. Sounds like we all need to team up for a lawsuit to me.

Ordered mother day onesie and fathers day onesie I asked if they would be done before sd days arrived I was assured they would well fathers day onsie arrived two weeks ago and mothers day onesie has been shipped and will arrive in 4-9 days and that was 12 days ago and today is mothers day cant trust this company customer service is non existent and if you do talk to anybody dont trust a word they say. Screw you I'm getting my money back company dont give a dam about customer service

I ordered a Mother’s Day onesie for my daughter from my granddaughter. Finekick took the money out of my account the same day. I have yet to receive a confirmation email. I have found on the website that for more than a week on their website it is showing in printing stage. I have emailed them directly, received a return email stating they had received my message and I would be contacted by one of their representatives. It has been more than a week since my email to them. And still nothing. I will be disputing the charges as soon as the bank opens tomorrow. Mother’s Day is today and I don’t need or want there product anymore. Very sad!!! And horrible business. Don’t ever trust this we site.

I wrote to them Yesterday morning again, here is my experience...
Okay, so I’ve tracked my order, it still only says should receive in 5-9 days. I placed my order on 4/21/19. I obviously won’t have it for tomorrow to go with the T I bought my first time mom. You were very kind in keeping contact while I was placing the order and now you won’t reply and as well, I can’t even comment on other products on your page, is this how you conduct business? I’m very upset, more over your not replying in trying to help one of your customers?!
I have been blocked on their page as well as IM!!
I am livid. One star is too much!
This review was first written on Saturday, May 11. Here is my update, today is Tuesday, May 14, my order finally came and the name is misspelled!! I have had it with this company. I am still blocked from their page and as well, Facebook instant messenger.

Ordered a Mother’s Day shirt for my wife a month in advance for our son. Never even shipped by Mother’s day. The company is a joke and unless you are ordering a shirt a year in advance I would highly recommend you do not do business with the company.

Same experience as others, ordered a onesie April 18th, said it was shipped on the 6th. Mother’s Day is today and I received nothing. Never got a tracking number. Emails don’t work. They’ve blocked comments on Facebook.

As others have said, ordered the Mother's Day onesie over 3 weeks ago and it never arrived. Order tracking has sat on 'print in progress' for the entire time. Their support has ignored my emails so will commence charge back this week. Looks entirely like a scam.
