Quick delivery. Rug exactly as shown in the web site. Very nice.

1. The rug looked nothing like the video in terms of the colors. 2. I had to chase UPS as it was not delivered to my address despite the notice it was at my front door, which it was not. 3. The fringe looked like the rug was used. The cream color looked dirty. 4. The sales person said the rug weighed 75 pounds which would indicate a plush thick rug. The rug weighed under 40 pounds. 5. I still have not heard if the rug was returned and if I received my refund..never again. 6. Return delivery meant I had to CARRY this rug myself to UPS office. Never again.

I would recommend this company to anyone, service was excellent and very good quality.

I am not sure what rug you are referring to. I purchased 2 rugs from Fine Rug, they are beautiful rugs, well made and my 5x8 is a one of a kind. Great prices for the both of them. Packaging I can't say anything bad, I live in the Northeast and the weather can change in minutes. The packaging would provide protection against a Nor'easter blizzard they were so well packaged.

I've been thrilled with Fine Rug's website - most notably by how many shots of each rug there are, with every one being completely "magnifiable" - and with the HD video showing every angle and close-ups of the rug. The assortment of rugs in every category is spectacular and very easy to peruse. My phone conversations with FRC's personnel have also been expedient and pleasant. I can't say enough about this company and their website.

Their delivery via UPS was free and fast.The rug was well protected and arrived in perfect condition.This rug is dense and heavy beyond my expectations ,beautifully hand made with colors true to photos and video.Who can feel a risk when I could return it on their dime if I did not like it. But it is terrific so I will not need to return it.

Artisan picked up my custom area rug, did a beautiful job of cleaning it, delivered it back to my home, took the time to measure carefully when placing it in the room, and then moved my furniture back into place on the carpet. I plan to use their services again to have a silk and wool custom
area carpet cleaned.
