Finesse Cleaning Reviews 

I have been using Basma's excellent service for several years. She has altered beaded evening gowns, long sequinned dresses. Jackets, trousers and dresses for me - all to a superb standard. I have a prosthetic insert for my missing left breast, she has sewn pockets into my clothes for the insert etc. Nothing is too much trouble and all done with a smile and can do attitude . I am very fussy about fit and would not go anywhere else.

Adam came to us and we had high hopes as many recommendations had been written about him. He did indeed come on time and did an excellent job on cleaning our carpet and sofas. However, whilst here he put his bottle of liquid cleaner on our highly polished coffee table and it was spilt staining our table. He knew it happened. Since then he has let us down full time saying he would phone on a specific day, did not happen. We have phoned him four times mostly not answered and then he said he would be around today to sort out the stain. It never happened leaving us furious that he has no way made any effort to come and repair the damage. Could not recommend him because of this. MP Stevenage

Adam turned up as promised on the day and did a first class job......on a second class carpet! efficiently and in good time. I had pretty much given up trying to spruce it up, but Adam has given it a new lease of life. I would and will recommend this business to anyone looking for a top job on their carpet/s.

I have used this company for two years now. I am very critical, but am finding it hard to fault them. They are reliable, trustworthy and efficient. They do a great job, and would happily recommend them.

Iliyana is super conscientious, hard working and personable. With reasonable rates and always wanting to do the best job she can, I would recommend her to anybody.

Boryana is a lovely committed and trustworthy person who will do little extras - like put the bed sheets on to wash before she goes. We love having her and trust to leave her in the house to do what is required - she will see it without even being told. And she is happy to oblige if I have special requests

Iliyana is complete gem! Trustworthy, efficient and a lovely human being too. Takes instructions well, recieves feedback and instructions graciously, then immediately puts your wishes into practice. House is spotless every time. Have used this service for years including end of tenancy cleaning. I wouldn't hire anyone else for cleaning jobs big and small, they are the best.

Hired Finesse cleaning as my end of tenancy cleaning. I have had to hire 3 professional cleanings (including this one) in the past 6 years and Finesse was clearly the best. Cleaning was done in depth and they managed to remove even the most embedded dirt so no deductions were made from my deposit. Price was also affordable at 170 for a 2 bed 2 bath. Would definitely recommend.

End of Tenancy cleaning

Usually, I don't leave reviews, but in situations like this when all my expectations are exceeded- I have to. Overall, the house was left spotless. The cleaners were friendly and professional, everything was done on time. When I spoke to the managers, they were warm, and it just feels they want to put a smile on your face.
