First time booking through finest retreats, would definitely book with you again. From start to finish I found the booking process straight forward and easy to use.

We have worked with Finest Retreats for over a year now and have gotten to know many members of the team. All of the team are absolutely wonderful to work with, always very polite, friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay nice and quiet and very clean

The accommodation was perfect for our needs, with great facilities. Finest retreats were clear in instructions and they were good value for money.

We stayed at the Old Salt Loft in Whitby for my birthday at the end of January, the accomodation was wonderful, the decor, attention to detail, location, extremely comfortable beds, pint of fresh milk left for us, coffee machine, condiments too many to list them all, the apartment was cosy and we didn't want to come home. The communication between all parties was excellent and probably the best holiday accomodation company we've ever used. Thankyou so much 10/10 😊

Awful experience I’d leave a 0 if I could. We stayed in one of their properties it was filthy when we arrived so we had to spend time cleaning it. Bins were not collected at the property during our stay. We were told to leave any other bin bags in the kitchen and were subsequently charged to collect them. Avoid!!

This house is literally the best of these big houses I've stayed in and we do one every year! Such great staff who are so communicative, lots of added extras you can get (we used food and flow for the private chef and it was fab) and just an immaculately designed house. Can't fault it!

The cottage was amazing! Everything we thought it would be and more! It was really clean and was a lovely get away from normal every day life

Awful experience with this uncaring company. We booked a place for Christmas 2026 and paid £3,000 deposit. Members of the group also bought flights. 4 weeks after making the booking I get an unsympathetic email cancelling the booking due to lack of commutation between them and the owners. It has destroyed our Christmas plans, resulting in us not having anywhere to stay. No offer of help or alternative, no thoughts to members who have paid for flights , just matter of fact. I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole.

Perfect location with added value of parking space. The facilities were immaculate throughout, the milk in the fridge for arrival was a nice touch. The whole apartment was comfortable with great views over the market square. Communication or pre-arrival was clear and simple to follow.

The booking was straightforward and the property details were accurate. The apartment was in Boroughbridge - a lovely town and convenient for early morning dog walks along the river. Very warm and cosy accommodation, with everything we needed. Great to have a parking space.

Fabulous stay at Fives Court Cottage. Lovely comfortable cottage in beautiful surroundings. Hosts were on hand if needed but cottage had everything needed for my short stay whilst on a course locally. Beautiful area, would definitely like to return.

Me an my fiancée celebrated getting engaged over Christmas with a weekend away just the two of and our cat at the start of January, we couldn’t have found a better place to do it at! The lovely property was wonderful, the sound of the river flowing alongside it and the property itself was stunning inside, made us feel really homely and welcome the whole time, we can’t wait to go back next year again!

The apartment I stayed in was immaculately clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen and living room/ dining room plus washing m/c tumble dryer and dishwasher I could go on but let's just say it had everything I needed and more, plus safe and secure parking right in the centre of Balloch with lovely views overlooking the River and the shores of Loch lomond with restaurants hotels shops and pubs minutes walk away .and bus and train station a few minutes from the apartment I would have no hesitations recommending the the property and the finest retreats staff to anyone.

We were very happy with our experience of booking a self catering holiday cottage with Finest Retreats. Every time I needed to contact them the response was quick and very helpful. The accommodation was very pleasant and comfortable. I will be happy to use them again for future self catering holidays in the UK.
