Excellent moving experience
Excellent moving experience, would absolutely use again. Our driver, Syrus, arrived on time and was super professional and efficient. The process of loading up the van, transporting to the new location and offloading there was extremely smooth and saved us from a lot of needless stress.

We had a great experience with Finest Van from start to finish. They had been recommended to me by a colleague - and I fully understand why. Nykesha in the office was lovely to deal with and very helpfully gave me various quotes with different variations in dates and packaging - nothing was too much hassle! On the day, our slot was 8-8.30am and Fabio and Sirus arrived promptly at 8am. They notified me of their arrival time 15 minutes in advance. They were absolutely fantastic, navigating all of my large furniture in a tight space. They worked really hard and were very friendly and professional. Couldn’t fault them. Thank you all so much for making my move as smooth as possible!

Absolutely brilliant, relaxing experience
Was really blown away by the service here. Received a very friendly phone call a few days after we booked asking if the move could be shifted an hour earlier than planned, which was absolutely fine, then another friendly phone call the day before our move checking in whether we were all packed and ready to go. On the day itself the two movers arrived on time and did an absolutely amazing job transferring our belongings down from our first floor flat, across town to our new flat, then up many flights of stairs to our new second floor flat. I could not recommend Finest Van more. I was nervous about the move as I'd heard of movers being slightly unreliable or springing random charges on the day (this happened to me with a previous move with a different company), so I was so relieved when Finest Van proved such a breeze to deal with. I think they were well-priced, on time, such hard workers and I would recommend to all. Moving house is deeply stressful and they made it such an easy experience on the day.

Removal from London to Wales was.
This removal from London to Wales was organised two or three weeks ago. The call was handled efficiently and the price and date and time confirmed quickly by e-mail.
On the day Nuno Cardoso and FlavioTeixeira were parked outside ahead of schedule.They were quick, efficient and professional. They were also cheerfu. We checked the map to be sure they knew where they were going (a remote place) and had a contact number. Everything was safely packed and stowed.
At the far end notice was goven of their arrival, and unloading was equally qick and professional. Above all they demonstrated a can-do attitude and had the materials (boxes, bubble wrap etc) to tidy and consolidate the items for moving. I felt my furniture and pictures were in safe hands.
The reminder of the move thatI was sent came one day before the move. I was going to ring to see it was still on. 48 hours notice might be better.

Makes moving home very easy
Using Finest Van was a great experience. Syrus Russell and Flavio Teixeira were great movers. They called me before to give an arrival time, were fast movers and very careful with sofas and drawer units. Unloading was also done super efficiently. Can't recommend Syrus and Flavio more.
