No prints for healthcare worker
It seems oily and takes a lot to wipe off. My fingerprints are almost or are nonexistent and this did not help make my fingerprints show up. I work in healthcare and they have said so much hand washing has washed away my prints.

I'm not sure if you are using our Inkless Fingerprint Pad or the LiveScan pad. Both are oil based. The live scan pad is used before taking electronic prints. The inkless fingerprint pad leaves a dark print on paper, but no ink residue is left on your hand. I'm hoping you received the correct pad for your requirement. I have a problem with my fingerprints…
I have a problem with my fingerprints due to age (82) and previous 60 year occupation in welding.
The folks at Hitt Companies are doing everything in their power to come up with a solution for enhancing my electronic fingerprints. Their Customer relations are excellent and if they can't solve the problem, I have no doubt the did their very best!

Ethical???
I made my initial purchase on a personal credit card prior to my company doing business with this firm so as to determine how well they serviced their customers. My card was charged immediately which I expected. The surprise came when the individual filling my order ran up unauthorized charges to my account which the credit card company identified immediately. Apparently it was obvious who the culprit was but no explanation or apology followed. Good luck!!!

As someone who has personally dealt with this issue in the past, I feel terrible for you. Rest assured, I am confident that no one from my company charged your card for personal reasons. You are the first that I've heard this from and we have been in business since 1987. Since your purchase we have made some changes to our websites and system. Credit card numbers are no longer stored in our system for more than one week. Card numbers are deleted ensuring that card information cannot be stolen from us by hacking into our system. Hopefully, if we are given another chance we will make you a very happy customer.
