I needed to get my fingerprints taken for a PCC in South Africa so I went to Isle. She was very welcoming and friendly and assisted me quite quickly. In addition, she really is very knowledgeable about the whole PCC process in S.A and how to get this done while being so far away from there. I was quite worried because the Embassy was non-responsive. I am very glad to have found her because she gave me great advice and helped me out alot!

Isle is great!! She helped me in every way to get my FBI fingerprints. I was with a very short window and needed to get ASAP my fingerprints and she managed to accomodate me and give me all the support she could. Great customer experience! I just used the FBI personal history report service. All my questions were promptly answered via email and phone call. Very friendly and helpful. Fingerprint appointment at the office was fast and professional.

If you want to do fingerprinting on FBI FD-258 form or other forms, she's the right professional. I had a really experience with her. She knows what she's doing, and helps you in the best possible way. She prepares all the forms upfront and you just need 15 min to go there and complete the signatures and fingerprinting.

Ms. Sloof conducts the fingerprinting here and she was direct, clear, efficient, and above all else, she was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I needed to get my fingerprints taken to send to the US for a job background check, and she had me in and out in minutes. This place is only one of 4 locations like it in Europe, so it was incredibly fortunate to be able to come to Hilversum to get this done without having to go back to the US to do it. There is a clear paper-trail with all that is done, and I will be sure to come back if I need my fingerprints taken and sent abroad again. This service, and this technician, are both highly recommended.
