In early of February, I had have been to pick up my order in Vancouver store. I didn’t check the quantity before I leave the store. Then, when I got home and found the quantity was wrong.
I have been written to the online department then told them the condition of the product. I got notice from online department that they will sent a bottle of MSM for me . I’m very happy with this service!

No communication from the online order…
No communication from the online order department. I had not received an update on my online order for 10 days. I emailed twice and left a voice message but no one got back to me. A couple of days later I received an email stating Finlandia could not fulfill my order and it was being cancelled. OK fine you are having issues with the product but not responding to my emails and voice messages is unacceptable. And what is infuriating is the issue was not a supply problem, but the manufacturer changed the packaging from 60 capsules per bottle to 30. Could I not have been informed of this and offered the repackaged product instead of ignoring my inquiries and having to go to the store to find out there is plenty of product available just in a different size package...
