Received cash back but took long and had to go through support

The Good - Finly worked with me to get my cash back when the application didn't track automatically. Once it was approved by the bank, I had the amount transferred to my bank account within a day!

The Bad - Support process was slow and absolutely non-proactive. Only got quick responses (12-24 hours) on the new ticket, no follow-up afterwards. Was forced to create a second ticket for the same issue since the first one got no response. That triggered a response on my original ticket and new ticket was promptly closed.

Suggestion - Add a check to prompt the user log in if they aren't when starting an application. I should be able to use an email for the application with financial institution that is different from the Finly account.

Easy, no hassle and recieved the e-transfer promptly.

Will recommend Finly to others and use the service for any future applicable needs.
