Got my finna landscape alu frame fast but de fork, axles, seatclamp and headset were not in the box. After one e-mail they sent me the missing parts and after only a couple of days I got them at home.
Mistakes happen it is about how you fix them and finna did that very well

I'm very happy with the frameset. It's a beautiful frame. Shipping was very fast, and when I had a question, they responded quickly and were very helpful. I can't say anything about its durability yet, but I'm extremely satisfied with my experience with Finna. Thank you!!

Good quality, quick delivery, and inexpensive

Wuivk drlivrry but... poorly packaged (brake pads could easily have fallen out) - things serminhly just thrown loose into a big box and poorly taped shut. Disappointed by lack of instructions for fitting pannier rack and mudguards. Disappointing quality of top bar bag (I won't use it).
I also don't speak Spanish, so this review page is not very helpful (being in Spanish).

Great support on issue arises.

Shopping is fairly easy, shipping was a bit pricey but ok

Very happy with frame (explorer), payment problem sorted out promptly, so very happy.

Bought a Finna Explorer refurbished and I am very satisfied. Relatively fast shipping (from Spain to Netherlands within 2 weeks) and good customer support. Would definetely recommend.

Was looking for a retro looking steel gravel bike with bikepack capabilities. So I found a refurbished Explorer River Blue bike, in my size. A bit of a gamble, never tested or saw the bike in real life. But the looks and the refurbished deal made me decided to order :) 

After waiting 5 days without news I contacted for an order update, the brand manager told me they ran out of carton shipping boxes. Because of this and the holiday season I received the bike 31 days after ordering. The disappointment after a long waiting period changed after receiving the bike. The bike was in super condition and the minor refurbished imperfection was not a problem for me. It handles and looks like i wanted, i'm happy.

A few minor details were communicated with the brand manager. The shrew holes for bike racks or bidons were not included. And the cable management was lowkey installed with straps instead of clips. The promised spare shrews and a t-shirt for the inconvenience, but unfortunately never received this.

All with all not a premium service, but the bike makes up for this :)

Just received Finna Landscape Alu frameset: after few weeks of riding I love it.
Only issue I experienced is the missing seat clamp from the package and the unreachable support at Finna. But finally I could reach them and they immediately sent the missing part (still in transit).

Finna cycling caps are very handsome, well made and very useful for using in Finland !!

The communication with them is realy bad! No answers through the webside. Mailer Daemon messages when you try to reach them per email.

Sorry, if you're on holidays close the shop! I had to pay twice shipping cost and lost for your "holiday" 98 EUR!!! money for nothing!!

The bike looks great. But I didn't manage to enjoy it. I had to take it to a mechanic from day one. The pedal hub seems defective. It's noisy in motion. It will most likely need to be replaced. I didn't expect problems with a new bike. I chose between Fuji Feather and Fina. It is possible to be wrong.

Really Nice looking frameset, will testride it when the snow is gone. But shipping, service, price and support is top noter. And the quality of the frame looks the same!

Horrible experience. Shipped me a frame and fork with missing parts per the manufacturer. That wasn’t even the worst part; the rear triangle of the frame was bent! Tradeinn would drop my chat conversations when discussing the issues with this order and then closed my return days later for no reason. I will never buy a thing from this company or any in Spain ever again. Crooks! Buyer beware!
