I have been a loyal Finotive Funding user for some time and have always spoken highly of the company. In the past, my KYC verifications were completed with ease, and I received multiple payouts without any issues—usually under 3K at a time. I maintained the same strategy, risk approach, and trading behaviour throughout.
Recently, I was required to redo my KYC, and despite not using any VPNs (and successfully completing an E8 KYC during the same period), my verification was marked as failed due to “VPN or similar usage.” I have never used a VPN on my device and was connected only to my accommodation’s WiFi and mobile data.
What has been most disappointing is that my account was suspended and eventually terminated without any clear evidence presented regarding this alleged VPN use. This was especially disheartening, as Finotive’s team has always been responsive and helpful in the past. However, in this instance, the responses simply reiterated the same statement without further investigation.
I had recently purchased and passed a $50K account with a pending $5K payout under Account Number 80083409, which has now been lost due to this decision. As someone who has consistently recommended Finotive to others because of my previously positive experiences, this situation has been extremely upsetting.
I am sharing this not to criticise, but in the hope that the team will review their processes and provide clearer transparency for traders who rely on the platform. I remain open to resolving this amicably and sincerely hope no other trader experiences the same issue moving forward.
Very trustable and fast withdrawal prop 2025

I had an excellent experience with the Finotive Funding team, especially with Oliver, who went above and beyond to help resolve my situation quickly and professionally. He provided clear clarification about the news trading rules and ensured I understood everything regarding notional volume management.
What really impressed me was how understanding and supportive the team was — they showed genuine fairness by allowing me to progress to Phase 2, which I truly appreciate. Their professionalism, transparency, and quick response times make Finotive stand out among other prop firms I’ve dealt with.
Highly recommend Finotive Funding to any serious trader looking for a reliable and supportive prop firm. I’ll definitely continue working with them!

This is honestly the best firm out there if you are looking for the absolute best user experience, truly top-notch customer support, and incredibly fast payouts, among other things. I recently had a situation that was completely my fault, stemming from my own misunderstanding and confusion. I got a strike for violating their notional volume rule, but I failed to click the 'Restart Challenge' button as I should have. I then went on to hit my profit target for phase 1, which created a complicated situation. Despite my mistake, their support team was exceptionally cooperative. They really listened, understood my genuine confusion, and graciously allowed me to proceed into phase 2 anyway. They are truly the best firm in my eyes. A huge thanks to Finotive Funding!!!

Worst prop firm ever. Changes their rules all the time. Not serious or professional at all. Keep doing false advertising about their accounts etc. Spikes up their prices the day before a bonus so it would seem to be like the bonus is really good actually is more expensive with a bonus then without. Haha it’s really a joke.

All in all a good prop firm with nice prices and good scale opportunities.
One thing that I didnt have good experience with is the abrupt changes of rules in their system. You really need to read and understand every rule before you start trading. The good thing is you can view all rules and they also provide calculators for their rules.
Didnt reach funded yet so I didnt have the chance to apply for a withdrawal, but I am looking forward to trade with finotive as their support system is always ready and try to find suitable solutions for your problems.

they added a new rule where you can supposedly risk more than 1.5%, but actually you can't risk more than 0.5% because of the notional volume rule and scalp traders can't trade

The firm has improved tremendously through the years, and they do listen to traders.
More automated processes, and major rules are being tracked live on dashboard. Amazing.
There are still rooms for improvements, I am confident the firm will keep growing, and more importantly, keep paying the traders.

I just saw a trader complaining that you reduced his payout to 10% from over $6000 because 4 out of 5 of his trades were sells and that constitutes one sided trading. If that is not the most scam tactic that exist then tell me what is? What do you expect him to do? Intentionally take losing trades?
Edit..
I saw the screenshots of the trade. He didn't take 5 sell trades he took 4 sell trades and one buy trade. Not even in the same day, hours apart. The profits weren't outrageous compared to the capital he has. It's unfair and I'm calling this out so other traders would see. If $6000 is too much to payout then don't sell 100k accounts.
