Finrisen 

I have been SCAMMED for 400$ by this "so called company from England". These guys are Indian SCAMMERS. I have bought a trading EA for 400$, the guy told me in poor English(RED FLAG 1) that it was making around 20% a month(RED FLAG 2), this was a bit skeptical, but for 400$ i would make the shot. But if 100 people think like this these Indian scammers make 40k, this is life changing money in their country. Because I have paid with bitcoin, they told me they didn't received my payment, so I would not get my EA, I looked at the wallet adres they had send me and it was the same wallet adres as the verification I got from Bybit. So I told him that and he said i'm going to ask Binance(there provider) how the problem is possible. He showed me a screenshot if his account(Account balance in Indian Rupees)(RED FLAG 3). I knew I got scammed, because his phone number is from England +44, So he is using a fake phone number so that you will think they are from England instead of India. First He was replying fast on my messages, but now when I have made the payment you don't here anything anymore. Also the reviews are fake, I don't know how trustpilot doesn't do anything about these fake reviews and even claim there company is verified. Because this company is a 100% SCAM. I'm telling you this, If you want to trow you money away, then transfer it to me instead of these scammers. They also have account passing, it's the same the take your money blow up your account and your screwed. SO BE WARNED!! I have screenshots of everything!

I last put out a review of these scammers on 2nd February 2025, warning all current and prospective customers to stay clear from these scammer, well i was right, other customers had contacted me to make the same complaint about their very poor service and the nature of how lazy there are, and are only interested in taking peoples money without providing any service.

They even had the temerity to respond on the 28th of February that they had returned the money, knowing very well that it was simply false. They had no intention of providing any service of any sort to customers and investors.

So please do not waste your hard earned money with these scammers as they will take it and laugh to to the bank. Beware!!

Also 90% of the 5 star reviews that they have here, i got to understand that were mostly fake and solicited reviews.

Their response only occurs on trustpilot, they won't respond when written. I have a purchase that i can show, and dates that can be verified. They still will not respond. Don't be fooled.

I hired Finrisen to complete a funded challenge at a futures account, but the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish.

1. It took them three weeks to even get started, despite multiple follow-ups from me.

2. They claimed it was "no problem" to trade via the platform i use, but it turned out they had never used the platform before and had no understanding of the rules. I even sent them a direct link to the rules, but they still managed to both fail to close the trade on time and ignored trailing the stop loss during profits – which is a basic requirement for passing the challenge.

3. They only took one single trade before they stopped responding to my messages entirely.

And the worst part? When I left a negative review here on Trustpilot, they flagged it as "advertising" to get it removed. This is blatant manipulation.

This company is nothing but scammers. Stay far, far away!

Update #2 This guy is a liar. I have never once logged in to the account and there was no email ever sent me email. I wish TrustPilot allowed pictures to be uploaded because this is a load of BS. Also they never generated a profit on my account it was negative everyday.

Update: Still no response and my messages are left on read and ignored. I was told to wait 1 week and still nothing after almost 2 weeks since then. This guy is a scammer.

I paid for them to pass and manage a $100K account. They were in the negative the entire time and my account was only positive once for about $700 for 1 day and negative for two months reaching over 50% of the max loss limit. The account hit the max daily loss limit yesterday and my account was closed by the prop firm that I was using. Now this guy has been ignoring me since I asked for the refund. Also this company is also the same as forex green pips. In fact the guy running the telegram for finrisen is the same guy running the chat on the forex green pips site and he had me pay for finrisen through the forex green pips site say that they were "partners".
I will edit my review when I get a response and the refund promised to me for them failing to pass the challenge.

Finrisen is a good company. They helped me recover my E8 funded account. I was trading by myself, but I was losing money. I found Finrisen on Google, and they promised to help me pass my trading tests. They passed my phase 1, and now they are helping me with phase 2. I am very satisfied. Thank you!
