Was wrong with figures, I corrected him several times. Very pushy for insurances which we told him we didnt want. Didnt work much to get what we wanted until I got angry for him not doing it. He told us we could go unconditional and then once we told him we were unconditional he asked us why we did, yet we still needed a valuation from the bank.not happy but did get what we wanted eventually
