We have been working with Arnaud (Finspain) to get the mortgage in Spain while relocating here (so, no history or account in Spain before that). I personally found the communication to be to the point, on time, with right level of details, transparent, and committed. Arnaud has guided us through the process end to end, shared advice and best practices, negotiated the best deals on our behalf, etc.
As the result, we received the mortgage on time, with the interest rate as targeted, and Arnaud keeps in touch for questions we still have with the bank. I would highly recommend Arnaud and FinSpain for anyone looking for the mortgage in Spain
