He was transparent about the factor rate and the fact that they just needed to see my bank activity. I sent the files over via email and that was it. Most financial companies make you feel like you're on trial. Derek was chill. He looked at my last three months of bank statements, saw the revenue was there, and got us approved. The application was literally one page. I've spent more time filling out a doctor's office form than I did on this loan.
