Great platform, very easy to use, logical infrastructure, transparant overview in profit loss etc, easy purchases via ideal. By far better than competitors that offer unable to use apps with vague rules and f2a passkeys, etc. Finst thank you!

Wat nou goedkoop ?? (niet dus)

Vandaag voor (gelukkig maar) een klein bedrag een aankoop gedaan. Als je in de transactiedetails gaat kijken, zie je een laag bedrag van €0,07 (afgerond) aan transactiekosten, maar als je vervolgens gaat terugrekenen hoeveel crypto je krijgt voor het ingelegde bedrag, kom je op een veel hogere prijs uit dan er bij "prijs" staat. Uitgerekend wat het % aan WERKELIJKE transactiekosten is: €6,60 op een bedrag van €50,- oftewel ruim 13% !!! Ik heb het meermaals nagekeken/nagerekend omdat ik mijn ogen niet kon geloven. Ik vraag me nu af of al die mensen die hier zo'n geweldige review geven, deze terugrekening hebben gedaan.

There is no mistake in my calculation. When checking the transaction details, you see an overview of the amount spent, the amount of coin received and the price paid. Therefore, the crypto amount x price should (just about) equal the amount spent. The transaction fee is mentioned further down and is indeed very small (only a small amount spent).
However, the crypto amount x price paid in this case is MUCH lower than the amount spent, as further described above. So in this case I started out with an immediate huge relative loss.
I checked this calculation with other transactions I did via Finst, and the calculation gives the expected (correct) result with the other coins, so don't know what happened in this case; I can only conclude that it seems very off. I should note that I have so far only done 4 transactions via Finst, so I have a 1 in 4 times bad experience.
I may contact your customer service as you suggest, but will have to see when this is possible due to the working hours.

So far so good

I joined Finst after AnycoinDirect stopped supporting withdrawals to external wallets.

I’ve completed my first two cryptocurrency purchases and successfully withdrawn the funds to my wallets. Everything worked smoothly, and I received the crypto in less than 48 hours after confirming the withdrawal.

The web interface is very intuitive, though I would appreciate the option to log in directly without needing to scan a QR code with a phone. I’m a bit old-fashioned and use a basic phone, so I had to install the app on a spare device we have at home.

Superfast service

Made a mistake with a crypto transfer. Forgot to add the tag/memo. After providing some 'evidence', the service desk fixed the issue quickly, no costs involved. Perfect service!

As of December 30, 2024, external transactions are deactivated on our platform. 

The Transfers of Funds Regulation (TFR), which comes into force on December 30, 2024, requires crypto transactions to include detailed information about the sender and recipient to increase transparency and comply with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing regulations. Anycoin Direct has chosen not to implement the required processes for the transfer of personal data.

With the Vault you can store all your coins securely in one place. In the Vault, you can seamlessly trade your coins without paying the blockchain network fee. Also, the customer funds are safely stored in a separate foundation, protecting your funds against bankruptcy.

I used Anycoin to sell Etherum.
Anycoin had the best Price for the amount of coins!
The Sell Order was created this morning, and now the Money arrived on my bank account (5h later).

I had a few questions to anycoin per eMail, anycoin answered to all of my mails in less then 90mins.

Wow! Really good service!

Swaping not working

When one have to trade, than execution needs to be done immediately. This is second time that I'm not able to swap part of my BTC to XRP. Your support is vey to slow. May take few days to resolve it. In trade, this is not acceptable. (9 hours later still not possible to swap)
16 hours later same including other cons too. IMO, they forcing us to transfer to Finst. It's working now.

Big Scam, 0 customer service, shady internal rules

This website is actually a big scam. I decided not to use this company approximately 12 months ago. and god, that was such a good decision... Due to maintenance with my new coin provider, I told myself, why dont I try anycoin again.... UNFORTUNATELY that proved to be a big mistake which cost me actually money!

Logging in to anydirect? No problem
Trying to buy coins? No problem
Credit card is charged? No problem, charged immediately
Coins transferred? hmmm. as a matter of fact, NO! a big NO! They kept saying that I was using VPN and this might be flagged by their system and other bla bla. Well, why do you let me log-in if you flag people? At the end, I lost 15% of the total money charged into the CC, because this company did not return the FULL amount. Just dont use this company. They deserve to bankrupt. I already convinced two other customers, they will have no relation with anycoin whatsoever. I am looking forward to the day that someone actually takes these people to the court. I am also submitting a detailed letter and complaint to european consumer protection agency. Probably, nothing will happen but people and companies like these do not deserve to be in the area. A scammer company in Netherlands... Now, look below, if they reply, they will use more of the colorful language and more yada-yada-yada. By the way, the reason why I stopped using this company was the fact that they were charging mining fees which were 10 times higher than the actualy mining fees. When I figured this out, they gave me a bonus and they told me: "they were not aware of this, they will fix it" :)) How can they be aware right... it just takes someone with a eye in details to figure out the shady situations. Thanks god I have all the conversations in my email. I will print and add them to the complaint.
This guy named D***, he told me "Your account had to be closed due to regulations and/or unauthorised use." He was not able to explain what regulations or unauthorised use. When you read their T&C, it is pretty clear what the rules of the game are. anyways, I dont want to waste more time on this. If you ever read this, just keep in mind, if something goes wrong with the coin purchase, this company will make sure to squeeze any money from your CC, even though they do not deserve.

--> co-operating? I really wonder what you guys are on. Cooperating with you means, accepting your unfair business practices which I strongly condemn! Now, go and make your 15k customers further happy. I found a better store with fair practices and better prices, compared to anycoin. Remember the time you used to charge extra money for the BTC transfers? did you inform your customers that YOU HAVE CHARGED THEM EXTRA, and thus returning the money? Guess what... my cousin had an account with you, and he never got any message because ANYCOIN decided sleep on it.
