This website buy/sell prices are not fair. At the same time, under mining fee, they charge a lot… as soon as possible, i will find another website which is not ripping people off
Edit: thanks for the below reply. You charge more than 10 USD but i make a transaction with less than 1 USD and it goes ad fast as the 10 USD one. You can check the blockchain if you dont believe me. Let me know if you need proof to check… i can send you the TxIDs, or screenshots, although i doubt this will change anything.
Plus, the link provided is for the average fee. People transfer high amount of BTC, so it is expected that on average the fee is high, but most of your customers probably do Txs which are less than 1 BTC… thus, the link provided is simply misleading!
Edit2: thank you for mentioning the BTC mining fee. You can drop the fee by half and BTC will still be transferred, right? Anyways, in my opinion, you are expensive

Sorry to hear that you find the fee to do external transactions too high. This is not a fee we charge ourselves, but it is a fee you have to pay to facilitate your transaction in the blockchain.
This fee can fluctuate a lot and at the time of writing the miners are indeed asking a higher fee ($10). You can see the exact fee here: https://ycharts.com/indicators/bitcoin_average_transaction_fee
A perfect time to try out our Vault - we do not charge a mining fee for transactions within our platform. How convenient.

UPDATE:
Customer mentioned inaccurate and/or incomplete information regarding Bitcoin transactions and our reply. The link added in our response reflects the current average mining fee for Bitcoin transactions. Other websites show the same, like this one: https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactionfees.html#3y
Also, the customer mentioned higher amounts of Bitcoin will pay more fee - this is partly true, but certainly not significantly noticeable for smaller amounts (1 EUR up to 500 EUR for example). A 1 EUR fee transaction will not be mined or mined hours/days slower than a 15 EUR fee transaction.
At the time of writing, the BTC mining fee increased to 20 dollars per transaction (19-12-2023)
Reply to update 2 from customer: If we half the mining fee other customers complain it takes hours to confirm the transaction instead of minutes. We chose the middle path. Thanks.

Firstly, paid with an unverified account. The transaction wasn't issued due to that reason. After paying from my verified bank account and consulting the live chat on the homepage the original payment was re-transfered to the unverified account within one day.
Perfect customer support.
