I purchased Boots from Fiona Dublin…

I purchased Boots from Fiona Dublin Sept 26th 2024 paid € 49.95. The boots were not fit for purpose and I got in touch to organise return. They emailed me and said this was no problem and they would send me the address to return the goods and refund me . Since then all my emails are ignored, at least a dozen, and I got no refund. Appalling , I'm wondering are they scammers. Cathy Lehane

Terrible service & quality of dresses

Terrible service & quality of dresses

The dresses took weeks to arrive from China. Cheap quality. I returned the dresses months ago to the Chinese warehouse and have still not received my refund. I would advise no one from Ireland to purchase from this website. They are posing as an Irish website but this is false.

Misleading website

Please do not fall for this scam. Advertised as an Irish company, it is only when the payment is made that you are informed by that the goods come from China.
I echo what other reviewers have said about the difficulty and cost of returns and the emails indicating that the goods will be stuck in customs and other stalling tactics. I am still awaiting a refund, despite sending the item back well within the return period.
Just to add that the item I received was very poorly made, and nothing like the picture on the website.

Worst fake products I've ever received

Worst fake products I've ever received. I've been conned out of €90 for rubbish so called leather boots. They are at best plastic and rubber mixed. They came after 20 days from China not Dublin, Ireland. Total scam. Disgusted with them

This is a fraudulent company

This is a fraudulent company. I ordered from a Fiona Quinn website which advertises as if it’s an Irish company trading for many years but in fact is in China. I have also seen other companies with similar names which include Dublin. The quality of the garments was most inferior and when I asked for a return code they did everything to put me off returning the goods. One of the emails was quite threatening as they declared that many goods get lost when being returned to China. That was the first mention of China in the whole process. I returned the goods but all communication is now being ignored and I did not receive a refund. I have reported this company to Consumer Affairs and have commenced a charge back with my bank. This company is still advertising and I believe all credit cards etc should be withdrawn as they are not Irish and are advertising illegally

SCAMMERS AVOID

SCAMMERS

Stay well away from this company. Not Irish based, order comes from China. Order arrived at 16 days not 5-8 as promised.  Refund, still waiting even though tracking applied to package. Email responses full of excuses the latest, it's at customs, pay customs their end or it may  have to be returned to you. No information regarding customs.
Raised complaint with my credit card company and Fiona Quinn dresses lie and said no proof of return was provided. Totaly false

Total sham!

Total sham!! Please beware. I ordered a dress which took almost a month to arrive. When it finally did I was disgusted to realise that I was scammed. I have better rags that I clean with. I could have made this myself (and that’s saying something!). Absolute disgrace and this so called company are based in China, NOT Dublin. Do not go anywhere near them.

I received a dress that in no way…

I received a dress that in no way resembles the one I ordered. I paid 34 euros, and the dress is of poor quality, not even worth 5 euros! I had trouble getting in touch with the company. I finally got the information that I have to send to China and pay the shipping! Disgraceful! I do not recommend at all!!!

Bought two dresses 23.08.2024

Bought two dresses 23.08.2024 - still not arrived. Emailed them for a delivery date and got a wishy washy reply about trying their best to get the dresses delivered. Emailed again and still nothing! Raising a chargeback with my bank to look for a refund as goods not received yet. Awful site - looks genuine by Irish person - open 30yrs seems false!
Returns policy says they will take goods back up to 14days of the purchase - this has now passed and I do not have goods yet to return!

The worst online shopping experience

I 💯 agree with Martin Breen and the other complainents comments. This company is a disgrace and their practices are questionable.
Firstly I was fooled into believing this was an Irish Company. It was only when the order was delivered that I saw it came from China.
There was no mention of China until I wanted to return a dress and look for a refund.
I was informed that the maximum refund was 30% and that I would have to cover the postage back to China.
The dress is of inferior quality, badly fitting and no design label attached. They don't specify the materials used when asked.
It is not worth the money I paid which was supposed to be in a half price Sale. I was offered a 60% reduction on my next purchase and to hold on to the dress. There's no way I will be making any further purchases from this Company. I want a full refund.
They really should have their credit card facilities removed

Stay well away from Fiona Quinn Dublin…

Stay well away from Fiona Quinn Dublin online clothes. It is a total scam. Do not get fooled into engaging. The website has false claims regarding customer services. They will not engage. Their merchandise is from China and is the poorest quality, unlabelled, and untraceable. They should not be in business, and give a bad name to online shopping. Their credit card dealing facilities should be removed.
