Nonostante le condizioni di vendita specifichino che le immagini siano puramente indicative e che la disponibilità dipenda dalla stagionalità e dalla freschezza dei fiori, sarebbe auspicabile una comunicazione al cliente in cui si informa della soluzione alternativa, per capire se possa o meno rispecchiare il suo gusto, dato che al momento dell'ordine si lascia mail e numero di telefono. Inoltre, per una questione di trasparenza, sarebbe bene evidenziare più chiaramente l'eventualità che il prodotto scelto potrebbe poi non essere lo stesso di quello effettivamente consegnato, in modo da rendere consapevole il cliente del "rischio" e valutare se la spesa ne valga effettivamente la pena.
