Customer service is great, hands down. I placed an order on Sunday over Labor Day weekend, and I had accidentally left an item in my cart I did not need. I emailed that Sunday assuming I wouldn’t be able to get it removed from the order because of the holiday weekend. However, one of the company officers responded almost within the hour of the order and got the item removed and refunded over the holiday weekend, on a Sunday. This was very impressive to me.

Fast processing and shipping times.
Customer service has been great.
Website could use optimization, I’m sure it is being worked on.

The best site I use for my firearms. Easy to go in, look up what I need, and get out. Plus, it has more exclusive firearm options from what I’ve compared with other websites.

So I have been using Firearms Direct Club for a little over a year now. Deliveries are Fast and Easy, Their website is super easy to use and navigate while also having great recommendations. Also Prices on ammo and accessories are great and Low.

Being a broke vet biotch I’ve been missing getting to shoot shit with awesome shit. And I can’t do that if I don’t have money. But I have some money. SICK! I can get the same thing I want, with the same awesome quality *cough* Glock 43x *cough* for a better price. Just scrolling through Gun Costco, I mean FDC is a joy and my wallet appreciates it. Stop scrolling through over priced shit guy and get on FDC. 🦆 💣

The site is well curated and the pricing is as good as they claim. With the savings I made in one purchase I've already covered my membership fee for the year. I do wish there were some more details, specs and descriptions.

This is the first place I go to find the best prices on the guns and accessories I need. With just one purchase you can usually save enough money to cover your membership and you get a chance to win giveaways too!

FDC has pretty good prices when things are in stock, but they seem a little slow to get some newer releases. Pay attention to the add on fees though (credit card fee, shipping, shipping protection) because they add up quick.
One more negative is when browsing on a phone, searching for specific products gets odd and will say, for example, 20 results and only show 8. That is using a browser or the app.
Ok, negatives out of the way, time for positives. As I mentioned, prices are good. Shipping times are not bad, checkout is easy (my orders have all been correct), due to subscription requirements if they do have something you want, you have a better chance of getting it over open to public sites.
If you plan on buying a few things through the year, FDC isn't a bad deal.

Great prices, simple membership plan. Have been a member since the early days and don't plan on canceling my membership any time soon.
Do they have all the brands you are looking for? Probably not. But they cover a pretty wide spectrum (budget to premium), so you can potentially find an equal product for a good price.
Purchased multiple items from parts to guns from here and it all went smoothly.
I find the credit card fee a bit silly since there is no other option to pay for the items but with a credit card.

FDC's site and filter settings are pretty easy to use, selection is wide, a fair amount of items are usually in stock, and ship times of in-stock items is fast enough for my needs. Easy FFL search and transferring. One of the best parts is that you can "online shop" for niche or uncommon items without having to go through a special-order process at a local store.

The FDC team has been phenomenal to work with, and have always delivered and followed through on everything that I've requested and have purchased from them. They've been an invaluable resource, and now I don't see myself purchasing from any other supplier!

Prices are great, I've found the inventory to be really good, quick shipping, and the product itself (the site) is really good. It's frustrating that so many companies can't deliver their brand promise and fall short, but these guys do exactly what they claim. A+

I've had great experiences with FDC. The variety and selection are good and still growing. The prices are either on par or below what I have access to otherwise and cover the yearly membership fee. The news and information I can get on the site are extremely useful to me as well.
