Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service. I have purchased this on 11th November but right POD has stopped working, raised ticket on website ticket id – 4246230 but no one contacted. Tried to call all the numbers mentioned everywhere but only IVR prompt is there. Never seen such pathetic service with anyone else. Please replace or refund

Chor bazaar better than this

I dont even want to give that one star but had to. This is the worst company worst than a chor bazaar worst than any other scammers out there. They are just here to take our hard earned money in return for the cheapest most shittiest watches out there. My watch didn't even work for a month and my display started showing flicker. Registered my complaint on their website and having the worst website they were not able to generate ticket. Had to apply it for days but after a month I was able to register my complaint. These people didn't even look into my matter within those 15 days hence has to lodge a consumer complaint againts the conpnay for their poor service. They received legal notice from the authority but still didn't look into my matter. After 2 whole month they contacted me stating they will replace my watch and are initiating for delivery and I even cross checked my address with them for the same. After waiting for 20 whole days my product didn't arrive and the issues was that my address was wrong and not in existence!!. Just agree y'all didn't want to give me the product. Now I'm initiating furture legal procedure. I want to goodam sue them for this

**Firebolt – The Worst Company Ever**

I purchased a Firebolt Cobra, and after 1 year (right after the warranty ended), the display went blank, even though it still connects to the app. I reached out to Firebolt via email and phone but got no response at all. I was even willing to pay for repair service, but they didn’t care to help.

Then, I received a Firebolt Expedition as a gift from friends. After just 6 months, the same issue happened – the display went blank. So, I started the warranty claim process. First, they asked for a video, then a photo – this took around 10 days to process. After that, they initiated a return, and the whole process took over 7 days to get to their service center. Then, 7 days for service, and 7 more days for delivery. In total, I waited over a month for the watch to be returned.

To make matters worse, I sent in a black watch for service and got back a creamy white one. I replied to their email and was told to raise a new support ticket. Now, it’s been 15 days of chatting with them, and they claim it’s their policy to send any color or type of watch they want as a replacement. It’s been almost two months, and I'm still stuck in endless chats with their support, who never pick up the phone.

I will be filing a consumer complaint. Anyone dealing with Firebolt's terrible customer service, please consider taking legal action. This company has the worst customer support, and their service is unacceptable. I regret ever buying from them.

Cheating, no support

The company does not have a proper customer support to call. Neither they provide any help or assistance on email. The products they sell and not up to the mark and does not work as expected. When informed about this they deny the facts. They do not follow proper warranty standards as mentioned in their own website.

This company is full of cheaters and scammers, don't go for any of their products.

My experience with Firebott's cu Terrible Customer Support – Extremely Disappointedstomer…

My experience with Firebott's customer support has been nothing short of a disaster. After receiving the wrong product color, I immediately contacted their support team to resolve the issue. Shockingly, I received no response at all. To make matters worse, the support ticket I raised was automatically closed after one day, without any communication or resolution from their side.

It’s appalling that a company would treat its customers with such disregard. This lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against doing business with Firebott. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this company at all costs.

Worst product I ever bought. I will never use fire bolt product or will not recommend any one to purchase fire boltt product
Instead go for noise product which is quite less in price aslo products are good in comparison of fire boltt .. I purchase a fire bolt watch and now it is not even charging properly also o cannot switch on the Watch . Also they don't have any service center .
