Do whatever they can to help you hit your deadlines
They are very easy and personable to deal with, helped me to hit my deadlines even when they (the deadlines) became rather testing and verging unrealistic!

Firebrand have always been quick to respond for requests for quotes even those that are not on their list of products for my organisation.
Tony and Rebecca are friendly and courteous yet always professional, they have never given me the hard sell and let me enquire and order what I need - always appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
