If I could do 0 I would-ordered and paid for keyboard in March 2022. Numerous emails back and forth still no keyboard and they will NOT refund money -and neither will vendor that took payments. FRAUD!!!! They will not refund $ either!

Ordered a keyboard in February 2022, I keep emailing at first they kept telling me it was on it's way but delayed because of COVID. It is now December and I keep sending emails every month now no reply back. Do not buy from this company they are a scam they take your money and you never get the product. Oh and they can only refund if you return the item well very hard to return it when I haven't received it. The worse customer service ever.

Like the other reviews. Ordered a keyboard early in the year for my Mum. Its now December and still not received. When they eventually respond via email they reassure you its on the way. Estimated 5-7 days shipping according to their website, been about 9 months. SCAM stay away! Its a shame to see so many others experienced the same thing.

Horrible! I ordered a keyboard in March 2022. No shpping updates..when contacted informed since March it's on its way..it is now December and no delivery. When I ask for a refund or supervisor there is no response. Avoid them like the Plague!!!@

I ordered a keyboard in February 2022, received tracking advice that it had shipped 17 March 2022, I have still not received it and it is now 11 October 2022. Every email I have sent has met with the same response "it's on it's way", the tracking number isn't even valid anymore! Have requested a refund and they are now just ignoring me.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered from them in February and have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails and replies were computer generated responses. I would never buy from them again.

I wish it was possible to leave minus zero stars. This company is beyond appalling. I ordered and paid for a keyboard at the beginning of March 2022 - it's now October and I still have nothing to show for my money.
After a never-ending exchange of Emails, which state repeatedly that my order "is on its way" (for 7 months???) they won't give me a refund, but tell me I can return the item for a refund once it's received. Since, quite obviously, it's never going to be received, this suggestion is clearly ridiculous!
Do not buy anything from them!!!

I ordered February tracking information was 3/17 only label created indicating it’s never left facility. Numerous emails to customer support is useless. They won’t refund without a return. This has been ridiculous I’ve never had this experience with an online order!

Ordered a keyboard in January 2022. It’s now April 12. No delivery updates on shipping status and customer service refuses to provide a direct answer other than ‘sorry for delay’ 😡

Ordered a keyboard on Feb 18 from them and today is March 12 and I still haven’t received it 🤬🤬🤬!!!!!!
