Seamless process from enquiry to installation. Fast too - started and finished in the same month. Good quality advice on which stove to buy; pragmatic approach to keeping existing surround etc.; digital management of process keeps communication on track; friendly installation team who get on with the job; cherry picker and not scaffolding kept the nuisance down for neighbours and the cost down for us. Practically perfect in every way.

Best in the business. Angus and his guy luke installed a log burner a few years back and it's still going strong I'm so happy with it. I have only came across firefly on here so thought Id let everyone after nearly 3 years it's still burning strong!!

I was delighted of the work Angus and his team did. I choosed them after getting several quotes because they were serious and responsive together with keeping their price low. It was a real pleasure to interact with Angus and the whole team throughout the process . They could fit the stove I wanted ( which was a very unusual one) and were creating in their proposal in regard to the hearth (we picked a custom made steel plate which fitted the atmosphere of my flat). On the day of the installation, they had some tough time destroying the previous hearth but they got the job done properly and efficiently. Overall their work was extremely professional and I could see they love what they are doing. I would recommend them very highly.

The installation was smooth. The team worked quickly and cleanly and post installation we were given a v clear, concise briefing on how to manage and look after our stove. Supremely pleased with the product, that completes our lounge space making it cosy and warm for the cooler months.

The service from the start, purchase, and aftercare has been excellent Sales staff, installation engineers and the management of Firefly have been so professional I would recommend them to anyone looking at installing a wood or stove burner.

I was very happy with the service from Firefly, they provided lots of good information and really helped me pick the right stove. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be without it now, it’s such a lovely addition to the lounge, it would feel bare without it and it gets lots of use.

Had a wood burning stove and surround installed really pleased with the result looks amazing and transforms the room. Roll on the winter when we can use it!

WE really have enjoyed our stove and generally happy with it and the choice available at firefly.
I guess there are a few areas for improvement such as the work that was done on the roof could have been neater and more careful, would have been good to understand there was a choice with the size of the flume, we didn’t expect it to be so big, we would have gone for a thinner one and finally we didn’t hear back from firefly re options for replacing it.

From start to finish, Angus was a pleasure to work with. He really took the time to make sure we were happy with every decision made along the way and the final outcome was excellent. I would highly recommend using Firefly. I have since recommended them to others who have been equally impressed with the service.
