Ordered a Kamado Joe bundle
Ordered a Kamado Joe bundle - called up to discuss the product, and delivery processes.
ended up having a 20 minute call with one of the directors and gained receipe tips.
very professional, kept in teh loop all through the process received a call to confirm dispatch - even the third party delivery driver was excellent.
I researched and they Firehouse provided the best value bundle - and also a thought through bundle - nt filled with semi helpful items!
Ordering joe#2 this week and only from one place - if you have settled on your product, or even want some impartial help and advice - these are the people!

Good communication with the office when I asked questions about the product & delivery schedule. My only comment is that it would have been helpful for the delivery to be into the garden or garage rather than the kerbside.

High quality product and exceptional Customer Services
Fantastic communication prior to delivery. Pizza Oven arrived promptly and we’ll packaged.
The oven is made of high quality materials and is very easy to set up and use. Once lit the oven reaches its cooking temperature (500 degrees plus) as advertised in ten minutes. The oven cooks pizzas to perfection in around a couple of minutes flat and they taste amazing. Great fun to use and easy to clean.
I had a minor issue with the stone mounting which was resolved quickly and efficiently by Darryn from Firehouse whom I can’t praise enough for his communication and assistance.
I highly recommend the product and Firehouse who were genuinely superb to deal with.
