This is a scam site that offers games, allows everyone to pay but never responds when help is needed. The most important thing is that when instructed to block an account due to addiction, the chatbots/assistants inform you to send an email to Victoria (that must be a ghost or a non-connected email) but then nothing happens, bonuses or spam emails keep coming and nobody cares. I have sent over 2 months numerous e-mails and they never reacted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! the site is registered also as firejackpots.co.uk for European players and then redirects to firejackpots??.com with ?? replaced by a number, possibly to avoid being blocked.

If you don’t repeatedly answer basic email queries then it's a " no star" from me.....I suspect that many of these online gambling sites are scams hidden in the few who are genuine...I don't count this bunch in the genuine category.

If you have have spare cash buy a lottery tickets...don't be tempted to use this platform

This company is beyond a joke I've been waiting for over 33 working days and still my withdrawal is being processed every time I've contacted the support via chat I get the same answered at this point I've realised that I've been scammed and I'm never getting my withdrawal do not use this site they are just scammers

Its comical,I took no welcome bonus, so im not tied to any wagering and every withdrawal request is refused, at one point i was 3000 up, tried to withdraw 2000, only to be refused on the grounds of fraud, ok, i reduced the withdrawal to a 1000, again refused on the grounds of fraud, btw each request for winnings you make takes at least 14 days to be confirmed or rejected, so i got no money back and its returned to your balance, and then i stopped winning, i was betting max on on all Big Bass, id get bonus rounds with no collecters, and im betting max here ! This happened on a least 6 bonus rounds, its no coincidence, a very strange experience
