This was my first order with Fire Label, very helpful customer service with speedy delivery. Bought 12 Russell 180M tee shirts, disappointedly Russell's have reduced the weight & quality, so have return them, I received a refund in less than 24 hours! Fire Label: 5 stars service, Russell's: they just lost a customer.

Ordered two Signature Heavyweight Hoodies and a Unisex Oversize 100 T-Shirt.

Dispatch and delivery was so fast, ordered on the Friday and they arrived on Monday.

Very happy with the hoodies, 440gsm is just right for me now in Autum and the brushed back fleece inside is super soft. Nice and thick and hold a good shape.

T-shirt is also great, I like the relaxed fit and it's very comfortable. If the oversized fit came in a higher GSM for winter I'd be thrilled, but a good t-shirt as is (190gsm).

Really appreciate having fabric gsm listed so you actually know how thick the clothing is, wish all clothing places did this. Highly recommend!

I do a lot of business with this company. Very rarely do I need to co tact customer support but when I do they are always very quick to help, always giving human personal responses to any issues and making sure the problem is resolved.
They are so fast with orders it's actually shocking, very rarely have I had to wait more than a day to receive and order, even if it's for several hundred units of various different things. They have a huge stock and if you need anything they're very good at offering solutions. Highly recommend

Really good customer service. Used them for a bulk order of t-shirts. When they arrived it transpired 5 were missing. Emailed them and it was no problem and they were sent out the same day.

Very good first experience with this company, don't very often write reviews but I must admit I was a bit dubious if this company was legit in the first place, I'm afraid to say as unfortunately for smaller businesses the scammers really do ruin it, after doing research into it I took the plunge as was looking for somewhere to order Next apparel shirts from with good stock levels. Pleasant surprise everything went through smooth and I got shirts couldn't get elsewhere in the colours I wanted, upto date with the emails and constant update on the delivery side. A few more shirts I will be ordering when size I require comes back in 👍

I’ve used this company for the last year or so & really like them. Always quick dispatch, never any delivery issues.

I had an issue with incorrect sizing on one order but they just replaced those items once I provided proof which was really easy.

I’ve always received good quality items, I buy sols and gildan mostly so I know what I’m getting. Lots of colour options. Occasionally hard to get larger mens sizes. I’ve bought a number of clearance items too and they’ve all been great & fantastic value.

Sizing for the Sols regent is small for the kids/womens-they do mention it on the item page but it’s worth highlighting to avoid it being a surprise. I still really like them though. Take vinyl well and wash nicely too.

Awoid at any cost. Tried a lot of Polo shirts. Quality is under 0. Tried cheap and tried more expensive examples.

Answer to Fire label coment : What you are talking about ? What garment style ?I am talking about material quality. And I bought cheap and expensive ones over 20£ polos. Your premium quality basically is the same. I do not want to get in touch with your company. No thank you.

Items advertised and listed incorrectly, bought tank tops from Firelabel before, I just wanted 2 x tank tops, but instead received 2 x poor quality thin and flimsy vests. When queried they said the ones I bought previously were discontinued and these are the alternatives, but they are nothing like each other and I provided several photos to prove this, the labels were identical too. They refused to acknowledge their website listing was at fault for this and said return shipping costs falls on me, it’s not worth it for the cost of shipping to the shirts. They’ve now achieved negative feedback and lost a repeat customer just because they failed to acknowledge they were at fault, bizarre how some companies are run like this.

I bought 10 Gilden Hammer teeshirts for work. They were at a great price and arrived ontime . the Gilden quality is spot on as usual. I will be buying more from Firelabel and would happily recommend them based on my experience.

Firelabel offers a good selection of garments but I was personally impressed by their customer services and how quickly and effectively they dealt with my issue. Keep up the great work guys!
