Brilliant service . Great price . Fast delivery ! Can’t fault !! Thankyou

After a few cracks appearing on the outside of our Pizza oven...larger than the standard 'hairline' cracks (up to 5mm in places) I looked online and decided to buy the repair kit. It was delivered very quickly and exactly as described had the consistency of a very thick emulsion paint. Because of the size of the larger cracks I decided to use a fire cement first to put into the cracks (I used one that came in a 'mastic' tube so I could get it right into the cracks). As per the instructions I heated the pizza oven up...made a couple of pizza's!!...then applied the Fireland paste whilst the oven was still hot. There probably wasn't quite enough to cover the whole oven but enough to easily cover all of the cracks. Finally, when the oven cooled down I painted the whole oven in a good quality masonry paint.
The Pizza oven now looks absolutely brand new and we had a large garden party last weekend and made well over 20 pizzas which gave it a good test and I'm pleased to say it still looks brand new with no cracks or discolouration in the slightest. Time will tell but at the moment I'm very pleased with the repair kit from Fireland (maybe just a little bit more in the pack would be good!) but if painting afterwards this is not an issue. I would recommend this product and the service from Fireland was also very good

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Firstly, MOST IMPORTANT, look at the few 5 star reviews; they are obviously in-house fakes as they all only have 1 review on the site in total. And the links they have to facebook, twitter, etc are all just to the main page, not their page on them.
Wish I could give not just zero stars, but negative ones. I would give them a -10.
Thank God I didn't even get close to giving them any money, because answers to my basic questions about delivery were absurd. First they charge extra for us in Scotland, which is fair enough if you are on a croft up a Munro, but we live right off the dual carriageway. Then she said they wouldn't actually deliver into our garden/to the door. So, effectively, they'll just dump it in the middle of the road - great, right. When I said this, she (Anna) said she'd arrange a discount if we collected it - oh yeah, just drive down from Angus in Scotland to collect a 350kg pizza oven - so I replied 'Are you INSANE??' - no reply of course.

Website was easy to us ,good choice of pizza ovens at reasonable prices. Purchase process is smooth with no hassle. Excellent delivery service 5 star service, fairly easy assembly. Total satisfaction!

I ordered 2 items (pizza oven and cover) in early Oct on the basis of a mid Nov delivery. I enquired in early Nov whether we were on track, no response. Calling the 24/7 customer service number gets redirected and then dropped. The 0191 number on the transaction is disconnected. No replies to multiple emails asking for an update. Forced to write this off as a scam and pursue a chargeback with my bank. You should not buy anything from this company as it is clearly a scam with no intention to deliver or engage with customers. Avoid 100%

I ordered an outdoor kitchen from them, and from the start it was a complete disaster. The product is of poor quality, and has had to have parts replaced repeatedly, due to cracks, poor manufacturing etc., but as soon as one year had passed they refused to replace anything else. Quite simply not fit for purpose. Very misleading around the product as well, as some assembly required doesn't mean build the entire thing from the ground up, which is what you actually have to do. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Avoid this company at all costs. Paid £150 for a pizza oven cover that hasn't showed up. Can't get through to anyone on the phone. Their customer service is non existent.

We have had a similar experience to Susan. Ordered the pizza oven and BBQ in April. It was promised to be there the end of May. Didn’t turn up and despite repeated emails, phone calls which like Susan were either not answered, or diverted to a line that you were then cut off from, text messages, we got no reply. Only when we went via the bank and cancelled the transaction did they contact us very aggrieved that we had done that. They then gave us all this nonsense about Brexit and how stretched they were etc etc. Which we completely understood but it was their lack of communication that had led us to that, because for all we knew they had gone bust. Miraculously the items were then supposed to be delivered this week but with an additional cost of £120 without prior notice. They then summarily cancelled our order because we had protested!!!! They are unprofessional, don’t tell the truth give exceptionally poor customer services and there is no guarantee Susan that you will ever get your products. I would advise people to not purchase anything from this company. There are completely untrustworthy

Really having a lot of difficulty with fireland.co.uk, we paid for an outdoor pizza oven early May, the website and sales told us it would be delivered early July despite the site saying it was in stock. After several phone calls which were not answered and their main sales number being diverted, then the call being cut off, text messages sent and also unanswered, I sent an email telling them that I was contacting my bank to get the funds returned, they responded saying the oven was due to arrive late July/August. I feel we will never receive our purchase and that the order should be cancelled and our money refunded. I have never had such a poor response from a company, shocking service, very disappointed, especially when you have been looking forward to receiving your items and doubt they will ever arrive, we feel like we have been ripped off.
