Good customer service
They replaced a defective item I purchased and were quick to respond to emails.
Great for coffee on the blackstone
I wanted something to boil water for coffee while camping and this worked great!! Took a long time to get there and it never got to a rolling boil but its the best I could ask for without electricity lol. It's sturdy, small and easy to carry and I plan to use it often!
Beautiful products and quick shipping
Beautiful products and quick shipping. More please!
Total scam
Paid for an order last year never received. It shows on my Orders, but it says unfulfilled never refunded my money and never gave me any money back.

Filter failure and broken trust
My first 2 orders from Fire Maple (a wide variety of items) went well and exceeded my expectations in price, performance and quality. My recent third order (5 items) included a flawed stainless steel coffee filter with a ragged tear in the fine mesh screen. I promptly sent an email to warranty with photos of the item, proof of purchase and shipment arrival. Their reply was insulting. I was told the damage was minor and would not be replaced nor fully refunded, but I was offered a $7 discount. I was fully expecting their offer to replace the flawed one. Instead I have a simple metal filter that fails to do it's job properly because some inspector or customer service failed doing theirs. I'm furious.

Finally pulled the trigger after months…
Finally pulled the trigger after months of lurking. The Star2 stove system arrived on time and put to use right away. Love the ease of use and compact size. My new backpacking go to!
The pot arrived on time and I love it…
The pot arrived on time and I love it and the stove was exactly what I will need on thru hike of the AT next year as I wanted to get everything I need for it. I tested it and it heats up water to boiling rather quickly as I will need to save the fuel on the trail.
I love fire maple products
I love fire maple products! Currently have the boil and use it for everything! Makes my life camping or traveling way simpler. I definitely will be buying more! And at a fair price!
Absolutely love this camping kettle…
Absolutely love this camping kettle from FireMaple!
It’s super lightweight, which makes it perfect for backpacking and hiking trips. What really impressed me is the windproof system. Even in freezing temps, the flame stays rock solid — super reliable.
Pros:
• Packs down super compact — comes with a little carrying pouch too.
• Thoughtfully designed handle with a plastic grip, so you don’t burn yourself (it’s not heatproof, but I use it with a gas stove, so no issues — should be fine over a campfire too).
• Great value for money. The build quality feels solid — I think this kettle will last a long time.
• A 110g gas canister fits inside the kettle. The lid doesn’t close completely, but it still saves space — I even went on a trip with just the kettle alone!
Cons:
• It used to come with a tea infuser, but sadly that’s not included anymore :(
Highly recommend for all-season outdoor adventures!
Fire Maple cooking system
Absolutely love the Fire Maple cooking system. Lights easily and quickly, and the wind proof casing means that water boils super quickly and isn’t impacted by the wind and weather. Light and compact, everything folds down into one pot for easy transport. Best piece of kit I’ve got. Love it!
Following an issue with a cooking…
Following an issue with a cooking stove, advice was given to rectify the problem but when thst didnt work a replacement was immediately issued. All communication was instructive and friendly and the resolution was ideal.
Hidden fees
While the merchandise seems to be of quality... aside from some kit having extremely light metal versus more sturdy.... Charging customers an unknown fee for "shipping insurance" without their knowledge or consent does not speak well for any business...

Well made quality items
I ordered the FMC-XK6 pot and Lava stove. Both are great products. Shipping took a couple weeks but that's understandable since they are directly imported. I drink a lot of coffee and the 1 liter capacity of the pot is perfect for me. Its also the right size for soup for two. The lava stove boils water quickly at 3:46 on white gas or 4:42 when using a canister. All in all I'm very pleased and plan on ordered from FireMaple again soon

I bought the 600 ml pot with heat transfer and the accompanying stove. They work flawlessly together and make a perfect lightweight cooking system for canoe camping and bike packing. I am extremely impressed with the cooking time and the compact usability! Excellent product at an excellent price!
Very happy with multiple items
I have Fire Maple’s Antartcti 1.5L kettle, Camping Lantern with glass shade, and Polaris backpacking stove. The kettle is 10 oz heavier than the 750 ml pot I carry sometimes. It heats quickly and the stainless steel holds the temperature much longer than titanium. It is worth a little additional weight when I know I will be needing hot water for multiple people. The lantern provides a nice ambiance around the campsite, especially where campfires are prohibited and the Polaris stove is a workhorse that only weighs 2.7 oz. The quality and functionality of all three items has been fantastic.
Outstanding, exceeds expectations
Recently bought and used the titanium petrel ultralight pot with heat exchanger 600ml and it exceeds all expectations. Outstanding service also.
X2 Pro conquers 3-day river trip
Used the X2 Pro during a 3-day river trip as the support/cook. Boiling multiple pots of water, cooking food and coffee. This thing is a beast and a pleasure to use! Not once did it let me down nor fail to function. And at half the price of a competitor. Their lanterns are top notch as well! Don't hesitate to purchase your own, you won't regret it! Will be buying more of their gear!!
Wish I had brought one sooner
Great quality items, reasonable pricing. Love how everything packs away into space saving.
Boil time was quick.
Everything just simple to use and sturdy and even feel confident handling when hot. Definitely recommend.
It's beautiful
It's beautiful! I love how adjustable the flame is, from a full on torch to a tiny birthday candle flame! 10/10
