Initially, we were overwhelmed by the prospect of a renovation, but their team guided us every step of the way. They took the time to understand our lifestyle and preferences, which resulted in a design that perfectly suits our needs.

The workmanship was top-notch, and the team was always punctual and courteous. They communicated effectively, keeping us informed about the project’s progress. The transformation was astounding! Our outdated kitchen is now bright, airy, and incredibly functional. We appreciate their commitment to using sustainable materials, which aligns with our values.

I have just had a new kitchen fitted by Firenze . And I must say I’m very pleased with my new kitchen.
The staff at Firenze where very friendly when I went to enquirer about a new kitchen they helped me with choosing the right style for me. and advised me when I suggested something if it would work. When they came to fit the new kitchen, the two men Jerry and Oakley, where there on the first day at 8 am , to very nice men who worked hard on my kitchen for three weeks they never cut corners they did a first class professional job.
They hit a lot of snags , but carried on tirelessly until they had finished. Then Jerry should me how to use my new appliances and pointed out to me to register the warranty something he didn’t have to . They made sure everything was right and I was happy .
I can’t say enough about my experience with Firenze but I would recommend them to anybody.

We are extremely pleased that we chose Firenza for the redesign and build of our new kitchen and utility room. Their design input, installation and broader customer service has all been first class.

You are never sure when you enter a relationship with a firm whether you are going to obtain the expertise, support and quality of product you want, but with Firenza we need not have worried. We wanted every aspect to be right, rather than be rushed and both Andy and Kathryn were consistently on hand to provide ideas, encourage our own research and demonstrate different options in the show room. Similarly, when we had reached the final design stage and chosen materials, Jerry and his team were then first class with the installation.

Whilst we went through several weeks of upheaval, the guys were superb; cheerful, polite, timely and tidy! Jerry also kept us completely up to speed with progress, issues and next steps. Additionally, we can't fault the extra effort put in when any problems were encountered.

To conclude, we would have no hesitation in using Firenza again for any future projects.

Very professional company who looked after us from initial enquiry with Andy through to kitchen installation with Jeremy and Oakley. Like many projects when you tear back the old you discover many issues you weren't aware of but the team just dealt with it calmly. The quality of the workmanship is fantastic and the attention to detail was incredible. We have had the kitchen 6 months now and we are very happy. I would highly recommend Firenza.

Great experience all the way through the process from initial contact to completion of the job. Andy & team were very accommodating and nothing was too much of a challenge.

Aaron was on site every day from 8AM, and did a great job over the 2 weeks he was there. Carpets were protected from day 1 and everything was left clean/tidy at the end of each day. Impressed with Aaron's attention to detail and the quality of the finish.

Really happy with the end result, and will definitely have them back again for future projects.

Refit of Kitchen and Bathroom 2022, excellent service above and beyond what we expected. Excellent attention to detail and ongoing advice throughout the job, on what options were available to us. Good quality materials were used at a competitive price for a small company. Would have no hesitation to recommend or reuse Firenza again.

Had a complete bathroom redesign and installation. Fabulous design service, great choice of products and Aaron our fitter had an amazing attention to detail, involving us in the project throughout the fit, and ensuring we were happy with the process. Great to support a local company and we were really pleased with the one-stop-shop aspect and good personal service - would definitely recommend.

The Bathroom fitter arrived at 8am every day and worked tirelessly all day for 2 weeks. He cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure all carpet areas were protected from Day 1. The Firenza team kept us informed of fitting dates beforehand and were always available for advice. First class job which I cannot recommend enough.

We had a complete en-suite replacement and room refurbishment. The process from start to finish was of the highest quality, on time and budget. We were kept informed of each element of work during its progress and possible distruption to services. We are extremely happy with the result and it's functionality 11 months on.
