Explained everything and did everything I asked for

The service was excellent. They came on time, kept the area clean, and our fireplace looks great. This company put the fireplace in for us, and I highly recommend them. This call was a service call to clean and check that all was good. It was!

I can’t review them because they haven’t done anything for me yet. They had to special order materials for my chimney and as far as I know, they haven’t been received yet.

Steve and Josh did a great job with the initial install on 12/9. They were professional and courteous. Fast forward to January 8 when I had an issue with the Mendota stove. I contacted Kevin , my sales rep., who had Mike come to the house first thing Saturday morning. Mike identified the source but wasn't able to fix it that morning. I received a call that same morning from the Service Manager. He informed me the hearth pad I ordered delivered. He wanted to schedule delivery and have his technicians fix the problem at the same time. Mike and Steve arrived early Monday morning. They were meticulous about their work and paid close attention to detail. They were great. Kevin followed up the same day to confirm I was satisfied. I would highly recommend the Fireplace & Chimney Authority. They did an outstanding job and stand by their work !

Friendly efficient and knowledgable service at reasonable price. The parking at Lisle location needs improvement.

On time, polite, and got the job done! Not afraid to deal with our dryer vent on the roof! Took before & after pics to show us their work. Also remedied some things to avoid future clogs.

The service engineer (Guy) was focused on quality and took care in cleaning, checking, and servicing our gas fireplace. He also answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. The unit has been working great since the service was completed and looks great too.

I went to the store to ask about my fireplace not starting properly The staff was VERY HELPFUL. I made an appointment for service and they were able to fit me in earlier than expected and before my company was arriving . Chris came to my home and fixed everything

From our visit to the store to installation and followup, everything was outstanding! Erik Bingham explained and demonstrated options! Jason Priegel stopped by our home to answer questions after using our fireplace for a few days. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Showroom experience was thorough, installers were prompt, professional, efficient and friendly. The product is very good and as promised. All around, excellent from start to finish.

The workers arrived on time. Were pleasant and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They completed their work in a professional and timely manner.

The appointment was on time. The service providers were careful to put down protective cloths etc. The men were pleasant and explained what they were doing and why they suggested replacing the bedding on one of the fireplaces.

Employees are very courteous and do a thorough job. They also use mats and other coverings to ensure that they do not make a mess and clean up after they finish the work.
