Am still yet to receive the othere bits of the product I paid for.
I had to get the other bit from other suppliers.

Giving a temp rating of 3 as I have not yet received the fire beater I ordered 3 months ago. They have contacted me to apologise that the beater is back ordered till January. I will give them the benefit of the doubt until then. It is a shame their website claimed the item was in stock.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM FIRE SAFETY STORE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING.
ordered 2 fire beaters. Over a week later no delivery (i ordered because of quick delivery). Phoned up to ask where parcel was to be told item on backorder till October. Brilliant. Updated 3 weeks later- I still have not received a refund for items never sent. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Ok so updated updated. A month later and had to go through paypal disputes to get money back, but crucially, paypal are having to fund this out of their own pocket. This company doesn't even have the decency to reply to a dispute let alone refund through paypal. Absolutely disgusting.

Order items on 29th July its now 5th…
Order items on 29th July its now 5th August still no delivery. Sent emails but no reply. Phoned today to speak to someone ,only to be told to be patient they only have one person working through the emails. Wouldn't mind so much only paid for next day delivery which wasn't cheap. Poor customer service

As requested I have emailed and also called to discuss - to date no reply to my 4 emails and have been told by two different employees on the phone that they only deal with sales and they are unable to help nor are they able to pass me onto someone who can.
