I spoke to customer services who said the order couldn't be tracked and they had no idea where the goods were or when I would receive them.

HOW long to commission
Great prices and delivery overnight what more could I want. Well it seems that BS5306-3 states you must have new fire extinguishers professionally installed. So when ordering the items I added installation. 24 hours later the items arrived so I rang and asked when they could commission and was told "you will get a call in about 3 weeks to book it in"
It doesnt say anything about this length of wait on the website so buyer beware. I now have a pallet of fire extinguishers I cannot use until they decide to come and commission them.
Because of this I couldn't use them again and wouldn't recomend any other business too.

Still not received my goods two weeks later
Having placed my order on the 1st of March and paid for delivery within 2-4 days, I have still not received my good. I called on Monday the 7th of March and they confirmed my goods were out of stock, but due to be in within a couple of days. I received no indication of this prior to ringing them to chase my goods, I have had no further communication and still not received my goods. Do not buy from this company.
