The customer care is excellent
The customer care is excellent, quick straight to the point responses, especially on WhatsApp. I tried email but I never got response till I try WhatsApp.
The no deposit deposit bonus isn't really a no deposit bonus though, that's the saddest part. U gatta deposit $100 before u get to own that $20

Regarding the No Deposit Bonus, we’d like to clarify that you can receive the $20 bonus without making an initial deposit. However, to withdraw any profits made with the bonus, an internal transfer to another MT4 ECN account under the same Master Customer ID with a minimum deposit of $100 is required. This can be done in multiple transactions. Once this is completed, you're free to withdraw the full amount, including profits.
The purpose of this requirement is to ensure that clients experience our complete trading environment, including both deposit and withdrawal processes. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any further questions.
