Apart from the fast delivery and quality products the thing that impressed me the most was when I asked a couple of questions I got immediate, professional and quality advice from a real person 😀 Without trailing through a chat bot…..

My all fires 2l extinguisher has no pressure after 1 year, it has not been used or opened and my fire inspector confirmed there's no sign of leak and extinguisher should last at least 5 years.
I have tried to call customer services numerous times and have not been able to get through so all in all so far I would not rate this too high.
Please check the pressure on your extinguisher when you receive it also to check they are not sending out unpressurised extinguishers, needle needs to be in the green on the gauge.
I am currently awaiting a response from Firexo.

Didn't use it, haven't been so unfortunate to be in such awful situation therefore don't know how efficiently actually is it. Their tests and documentation and videos shows high efficiency.
The shopping experience and delivery and customer service they are all good. The fact that it's all fires rated that's actually brilliant.

Excellent product delivered on time

Wow, how refreshing to experience excellent customer service for a change. I had issues with the pressures of a couple of the 6L extinguishers after 2 years service. I called their customer service number expecting the usual all too common dire experience but they could not have been more helpful. The replacement extinguishers arrived within a couple of days and they arranged to collect the old extinguishers. Bravo - highly recommended.

Items received very quickly. I have not used the fire extinguisher or pan fire stick yet (and hope not to have to!), but they look great and would hopefully extinguish a fire if required. The promo videos and reviews are impressive.

The photoluminescent signage does as it is supposed to.

Hope I never have to use the 2kg 'all fire' extinguisher..

For the first time in my life I am totally confident about which extinguisher to use as I now have just one and it extinguishes all fires. No messing around trying to figure out which one to use. I also have the confidence that once the fire is out it won't re-ignite. Absolute genius. All family members have replaced their old extinguishers with Firexo and I can sleep easier knowing that they are as safe as I am should a fire break out.

Until I actually have to use it, I cannot give it 5 stars... Hoping that I shall never need to use it but it's reassuring to locate a single extinguisher in a corner of the kitchen.
