Poor customer service in one of your…
Poor customer service in one of your restaurants. I ordered a £19.95 meal deal from the Canary Wharf branch on Friday this week and it took almost 1.5hrs to get my delivery. And by the time I received the food they are ALL cold! I called the restaurant to complain and the person who handled my complaint said I could have my next order for free. so today I called to make my order and the same person who handled my complaint said I could have a quarter pizza for free, which he didn't specify in our last call. I am really angry with that person handling my complaint, not only providing me inconsistent information and he didn't show any sincerity in his apologies. I can't believe Firezza operate a gourmet high~end pizzeria with sub~par customer service, absolutely appalling!
Cannot opt out of spammy texts
Cannot opt out of spammy texts that I never signed up for, the number you’re supposed to text to opt out doesn’t work. Such bad marketing strategy, i hope those company goes bankrupt
Simply the most unreliable takeaway…
Simply the most unreliable takeaway ever. On numerous occasions we’ve attempted to order from Firezza, Eat Village on a Friday night, with delivery promises of under 45m. After well over an hour, we called up, only to be told we had to hold. We then sat on the phone for another 5 minutes listening to the staff telling other people to hold and apologising to everyone for late orders. Had to cancel the order at 21.15, as they hadn’t even started our order. We’ve now had to order from another takeaway, which won’t deliver until we’ll after 10pm. Thanks for fleuinng Friday night again Firezza. Utter joke.
Never again!
Never again!! We ordered 2 pizzas at 19:11 and after 3 hours we still didn't received the delivery! Tried to call but they answered just once after 2 hours and they were saying that the pizza was on its way!! We waited another hour and my boyfriend went to shop at 22:15 to find out that was closed!!! Unbelievable, we'll never ever order anything from this chain.

Late delivery / useless service
Good pizza (usually), useless service. Ordered from them about 20 times before. Had to wait 1.5 hours for the last delivery (second time in a row). Pizza was cold, box smashed into the top of the pizza and delivery driver was rude and useless. Would not hand over the pizza until he saw the money... WHAT? Will never be ordering from them again.
Horrible company, late orders and infinite SMS spam
This one of the most malicious companies ever invented. Their pizza is OK but that's about it, the other aspects of the company are vile.
1. When their branches can't keep up with orders they keep accepting new regardless of their capacity to handle it. I received 3 apologies on 3 phone calls and my pizza(2 hours late).
2. I stopped using their services long time ago, but I still receive the SMS spam. 14 Messages in 5 months. When you try to opt out on their numbers you immediately receive error with fail to send. Fake number I guess.
Immoral, atrocious please do bankrupt. The very reason my rage is here on trustpilot IS BECAUSE I AM MAD THANKS TO YOUR SPAM, NICE MARKETING.
Never on time
We tried for the second time to order firezza for a large event we were having. We ordered it for a specific time and it was 20 minutes late (though this is an improvement on the last time we ordered and it was an hour late)
Zizzi's vegan pizza is better
Don't get me wrong, I'm a massive fan of anywhere offering vegan cheese. But the base itself was wet and chewy without taking into account the added wetness violife added... it was ok for if all my mates wanted to go as I'd have an option of something to eat - but overall I wouldn't go again. Much rather zizzi
