My husband and I have used Firmfix for around 20 years and we have a been very happy with the quality of their windows and doors and their support after fitment as it was quick and effective. Their prices are competitive and their staff have always gone the extra mile when we have needed it.
Their windows and doors complimented well our 17c cottage as well as in our current more contemporary 4 bed home. This recommendation was unsolicited.

Off to a very bad start.
We signed the contract on the basis of a maximum construction period of 3 weeks, but when it was too late to go elsewhere, they informed us that they needed over 6 weeks. This was because they had failed to order the necessary parts in time.

They did some work for me in 2017 and I…
They did some work for me in 2017 and I was very disappointed.
There were no trickle vents fitted as I had asked for,
tiles on the reveals broken on both sides of bathroom window,
plus something was dropped on the floor damaging a floor tile,
windows not sealed properly on the outside,
back door did not clear the doormat,
two window handles quickly came loose and had to be replaced after one came off in my hand.
Enough said!

So pleased with our new conservatory, arranged for Firmfix to return and replace guttering throughout property.
Good products , fantastic service, great after sales support.

Great, Friendly Service
i was VERY pleased with the service firmfix gave me from start to finish, the sales person was really friendly and had good knowledge. the process was very easy and when it cam to the installation of my new door i was overly pleased with the fitters and final outcome. i wouldnt hesitate in recommending firmfix for any of their products. i will certainly be having more when i need them
