AVOID!!!

I’ve ordered glasses from firmoo for 3 years and never had an issue until my last order. My prescription had changed so ordered new glasses. I had a pair from my eye doctor so the firmoo ones went in a drawer until I needed them. When putting them on, I couldn’t see out of them. Prescription was checked and definitely right on the order. When raising this issue with firmoo they said that because it had been over 60 days, they couldn’t do anything. I now have 2 pairs of glasses that are unusable and firmoo won’t take responsibility other than give me 50% off frames. I now have spend more money (definitely not with them) rectifying their mistake, and I am now without glasses for the foreseeable.

Edit: The most AI generated reply from firmoo. My prescription changed. I ordered new glasses with the updated prescription and god knows what they’ve put in the lenses because I can’t see out of them. As per their policy, the glasses should have a 365 day warranty for defects in workmanship. I think messing up the lense qualifies as a defect in workmanship.

Excellent

I was very sceptical when I ordered , however my first pair of glasses have surpassed my expectations.
I ordered varifocal glasses and the frame choices were excellent.
I will now be ordering a second pair for work

Firmoo is worth it!

I was astounded and delighted to receive a very lovely pair of glasses from yourselves. I have been battling with the extortionate cost of high street shop glasses for a few years now and I can honestly say I will never buy from there again. £39 for a pair of good looking, well presented and perfectly matched varifocal glasses in only a short time (2 weeks) is something worth blowing about!

Stop buying high street buy Firmoo

Literally love, love, LOVE this website!!! The variety of styles is amazing! And whenever I order it’s so simple!! After using firmoo I don’t buy my glasses in high street shops anymore and everyone always comments on my glasses.
