For our new kitchen and upstairs shower room we were looking for floor and wall tiles for both areas. We tried the usual retailers but were not too impressed. My partner had heard from a friend of First4tiles so we went into the depot in Scunthorpe. It’s obviously not a main showroom but a collection point but upon talking to Ben he brought various tiles out that he thought would suit our needs. We are delighted to say he more than met them , he smashed them out of the park ! We now have a beautiful shower room with an industrial style walk in shower and the kitchen has the most beautiful floor of distressed wood effect porcelain tiles expertly laid by our tiler Aidy. We are delighted with them.
Nothing was too much trouble for Ben. If the tiles were not in stock at scunthorpe he got them for us. Terrific friendly service from a young man who is knowledgeable and passionate about floor and wall coverings. I would highly recommend First4 tiles to anyone seeking ideas and inspiration to make the most of any project being undertaken

Great service and great tiles. From samples to receiving the tiles, the service was great and I had the tiles in 2 days from placing the order.

I was looking for a specific tile as I had some but not enough for a job. First4tiles had them in stocks. Quick delivery good website and more the point the tiles were delivered well packed and they matched the ones I had exactly.

Ordering was easy and quick, however, I did not receive any notice of my delivery. The lorry turned up out of the blue and lucky enough I was in to receive my tiles. Delivery timelines were good.

Ordered tiles over a week ago to collect still haven't had an email asking me to collect, I contacted the store today to be told they were sat waiting for me really disappointed

Found the service impeccable, helpful but not pushy in the showroom, good selection of good quality products, held the tiles in storage for few weeks till we were ready, then when we needed extra tiles easily arranged and delivered in a day. All round good service
