Easily accessible venue with plenty of parking spaces. Our trainer, Nikki Neesam has a relaxed and fun way of instructing. The 3 day course was light hearted but extremely informative.

I thoroughly enjoyed and got a lot out of the training. The classroom and break out areas were extremely comfortable and we were welcomed by the on site team. Colin, our trainer on the day was brilliant, he really engaged with the trainees and delivered a wonderful session.

Didn’t quite know what to expect but Colin, who was training our group, put everyone at ease and the four hours intensive, high level course, conducted with humour and understanding, was excellent. I feel informed and much more capable to deal with potential issues within the tours I guide or audiences I address in my work and volunteering activities.
