The training was really helpful and Sam was an amazing teacher. I started the course feeling like I had no idea what was going on and left feeling so much more confident. He was really approachable and explained the information in a really clear way, as well as giving us enough time to practise the practical aspect of first aid. He really made us feel welcome.
