Nice people but sketchy practices
Have been using them for several years. While the customer service is good, the way they handle online bill payment is sketch. Bills will show as "paid" in the portal, even though the money hasn't been taken from the account and the biller has not received payment.
This practice makes tracking true available funds difficult (have to manually calculate like the old days) and it's more confusing when trying to track when billers actually received payment. None of my other banks do this so it's frustrating and can lead to overdrafts and additional fees for the bank.
