Our bus driver was kind and on time. She was great with the middle school kids and we got exactly where we needed to be on time. She was in the exact right spot to meet the kids and take us back to the school.

The scheduled bus never made its second trip to pick up the remaining guest for the wedding and those guests had to find other means of transportation last minute, causing them to be late for the ceremony.

During this time the driver was just sitting in the parking lot.

We chartered a school bus to shuttle our wedding. It worked out perfectly. Our driver was so nice! Was on time and shuttled the schedule we provided perfectly! (Bethlehem, PA)

This was the perfect way to end our evening and have our guests get back to the hotel safely.

Our experience was great. The driver was punctual and great at communicating with us the entire day!

We appreciated the lenience in allowing those who were staying at the hotel to get on the bus with us. After we told the driver we were all there, we left. We didn't want any stragglers to randomly hop on the bus. It was a short ride back, and the AC was on too! We didn't think buses had AC!

We used First Charter Bus Rental for our wedding and had nothing but a great experience! The week before the wedding we needed to add a second bus and they accommodated us without hesitation. The day of the wedding they were on time and extremely professional making the whole process a great experience!

I was under the impression that it was a continuous shuttle to and from the hotel for the duration of the time we rented it for which was not the case. The driver tried to do a single trip to and from the venue. The driver called last call at 930pm and last call was supposed to be at 10. Almost all my guests were still in the venue because the event didn’t end until 10. The driver did come back after I went out and had to say something to her. It is an extremely expensive service and I would have looked for an alternative if I knew what was really being offered to me.

Charter was excellent and Anita was a great driver. She did everything we asked her to do and more! Thank you!

Overall it was great dealing with you. Making the reservation and its changes went so smoothly. However, on the day of the event our first bus ran way behind on picking people up. She arrived at the first stop on time but once everyone was on didn't leave for 20 minutes which then put her behind on the second pick up. I also understand she had some difficulty pulling in to the hotel which wasn't her fault but added more time.
I became aware that she did not pick up anyone at the second hotel once they all started arriving at the church which was literally 2 minutes from that hotel.
Then as we were holding up the start of the wedding for these people to arrive we saw her go driving by the entrance to the church. Another delay in having to turn around and double back.
She was apologetic but we ended up starting the wedding late.
After the ceremony both buses were waiting and everything ran smoothly thereafter.
Unfortunately as people were exiting the church many of those scheduled to take the shuttle changed their minds and drove themselves. Something we couldn't have predicted so we wouldn't have needed the second bus.
I would definitely use your services again despite the mix up.Thank you

Honestly, First Student was the easiest vendor to work with for our wedding. We hired First Student Charter to shuttle our guests to and from our hotel and venue for our wedding - the venue was up on the mountain and with many people from out of town, we didn't want to risk them drinking and driving or just simply getting lost. The bus driver was self sufficient and I didn't have to check in on her at all (Sorry, I didn't catch her name!). Our guests were safely transported to the venue and the hotel multiple times and that's all we could have asked for. The price was extremely reasonable. I'd recommend this company for any large shuttle needs.
