My bus driver Betty was really awesome! She was on time when she picked us up from our locations and dealt with some of my friends who were loud during the ride. I really appreciated her as she was very understanding!

They were awesome!

The bus driver was great. However, the 3 days leading up to the event were not. I tried calling First Student 5 times, leaving a message to return my call 3 times. After there was still no response, I emailed. Again, no response. It's the day after our event now and this "survey" is the first response I get.

Our drivers were excellent and friendly. Extremely helpful and we’re definitely a huge part of the success of our event. I reached out to our local bus barn a few days in advance and spoke with the manager here locally who was organized and assured me his team would handle our event professionally and they did! I can not thank them enough for providing safe transportation for our students and chaperones!

Our driver Lynn was excellent. He could not have been more helpful. The charter center was not a pleasant experience! They need training in customer service.

I hired them to transport guests to and from my wedding. We had booked them about 6 months prior to my wedding. The day before the wedding, they called and said that they didn’t have a driver for us, and might not be able to provide services. We had to frantically find our own driver (my uncle who has his CDL) at 9:00pm the night before my wedding. The morning of the wedding, they called and said that they had somebody volunteer to drive because my uncle was a notable person for the local school district, and they wanted to make a good impression on him to get his business. Had my uncle been an average Joe, I’m sure that we would have had to provide our own driver. After the wedding, the bus left with no announcement. So my new husband and I on our wedding night had to drive ourselves back to our hotel, as well as multiple other guests who were abandoned at the venue. Overall, it was a very unreliable experience.

Great service. We used first charter for our guests at our wedding reception so people don't have to worry about driving after the party. First charter was dependable and we did not have any issues. They were on time and our guests greatly enjoyed the ride.

We had a wonderful experience! Our driver, Don, was extremely prompt, showed up early, was great with the students, and very friendly, helpful, and understanding. The company overall was great to work with!

One of the drivers told my sober monitors that they deliberately did not drive the route prior to the event which caused issues where I had to be in complete contact with my sober monitor and tell her the directions and route MULTIPLE times. The driver also asked one of my members to look up directions for her and stops were skipped on multiple occasions. This was extremely frustrating considering how much money we paid for a service that did a terrible job.
