I had a great experience with First student charter bus for my wedding. The busses were timely and easy to book.
One recommendation would be to have the party name displayed on the windows or have the driver tell the guests to avoid confusion if there are multiple busses going to different events.

late for pickup
I would have given this a great review. However the bus was 15 minutes late to picking up our guests, and they almost missed our ceremony. When the bus was no where to be found none of the numbers they gave us were being answered.

Great customer service staff, terrible bus driver
The bus driver was not friendly and did not stick to the travel times originally requested. I totally understand that waiting around on a Saturday night is not preferred for most people, but we paid to have our final trip leave at 10:45p. The driver was yelling at guests telling them the bus was leaving in no more than five minutes (at 10:30p)... and the bus left without the bride, groom, and their parents, as well as many bridal party members that were trying to quickly grab personal items from the venue.
Folks on the phone that I worked with to obtain the service were friendly and helpful.
