Booking was easy and expectations were met due to good communication and planning. The fees are in keeping with industry standards, in fact they may be more reasonable than local competitors. The drivers have all been very friendly. Overall, it has been a good relationship.

Bus was 25 mins late
Although the bus driver was professional, she showed up 25 minutes late. We were never contacted to let us know that she was going to be late . Since it appeared that the bus was a no show since it was so late, we had to scramble to have other guests take many of the children to our next venue. Disappointing.
